A delicious and complex, 100% brettanomyces fermented hazy.  The addition of yuzu provides bright and tangy notes, and Sorachi Ace hops deliver a distinct lemon and herb hit. It’s a refreshing and lively beer, both tart and hoppy, with a dry finish. It's a hazy, but not as you know it. Kanpai.
