We're at it again, collaborating with our favourite chilli wizards, Apostle Hot Sauce. For this spicy and sour brew, we’ve thrown in a mountain of blueberry, and topped it off with fermented chilli (jalapeño and habanero) and szechuan peppercorns for that mildly electric buzz.

Introducing San Málà; a tingling and fruity sour-saint.

Saint Andrew - Szechuan, Blueberry & Habanero, 150ml
A delicately sweet blend of blueberries, szechuan & habanero, complemented with fresh lemongrass & ginger. This fresh, fruity sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for dumplings.

Ingredients: blueberry 29%, green apple, organic apple cider vinegar, habanero 3%, sugar, water, lemongrass, ginger, salt, szechuan peppercorns (>1%) tapioca starch, spices.

Mary Magdalene - Crispy Chilli Oil, 235g
A aromatic oil infused with toasted spices and a mouthwatering blend of crunchy onion, garlic & crispy chilli flakes. The perfect addition to your dumplings, noodles and steamed veggies!
